POLITENEES

Politenees in an interaction can be defined as the means employed to show awareness for another person`s face. It could be a negative or positive face. The first face a person`s negative face is the need to be independent, to freedom of action and the second face a person`s positive face is the need to be accepted even liked by others to be treated as a member of the same group.

Also negative politeneess the person shows deference and even include an apology for the interruption. But in the positive politeness the person`s positive face show solidarity, emphasize that both speakers want the same thing.
