Means an exchange of ideas trough a conversation or by other means of sharing information

There are three types of discourses:

1. Primary discourse:

*Used with family members, friends and community.

*It is in the space of home or the imediate community that we begin to acquire primary discourse.

2. Academic Discourse:

Are the ways of reading and writing communicating with classmates and teachers

3.Discourse Analisys:

Is a way of analyzing information bring in a conversation

ELEMENTS OF THE DISCOURSE:

*Deixis

*Person

*Discourse

*Place

*Time

There are three areas:

1. The ability to establish relationships

2.The ability to communicative with minimal loss

3.The ability to collaborate in order to acomplish something of mutual interest
